A client in the mental health industry came to us with a blank slate of an office, no medical record system (EMR), and less then a month until opening. All systems needed to be online and completed before opening to pass the certification inspection. If their deadline was not met, they would need to wait another month until they could get certified and begin to treat patients.
The cherry on top? Their budget, being pre-revenue, was limited.
We determined the bare minimum required to get them through their certification process. First, we helped the client to select the SaaS EMR system that best fit their business needs. Next, with their strict budget in mind, we approached our distributors to get all the needed equipment onsite as quickly as possible at the best prices possible. Our structured cable specialist ran new CAT6 cable throughout the new office space, and our field engineers set up all the workstations as soon as the furniture was delivered.
Our client was now ready to impress the certification board with four days to spare!
After opening their doors on time and revenue started flowing, we circled back to shore up all of the loose ends that they couldn't afford on the first go-around. We instituted a small managed service contract to keep them healthy.
