What makes Griffin Link different from other technology consultants?

What does a managed service provider do?

Let us worry about managing your IT infrastructure and your end-users' experience while you focus on business. We offer on-site assistance, or you can choose your level of remote, on-demand support for help-desk issues, problem remediation, desktop support, network and server monitoring as well as device monitoring.  Griffin Link can become your IT department or provide supplemental support.

How would a managed services contract benefit my company?

A strategic approach to your technology will filter out time-wasting practices. For example, you may be using several different programs to accomplish one business function. Griffin Link can simplify the process through designing one custom solution to maximize your results.

I only want to pay you when I need you. Why would I want to pay a monthly fee?

The “break-fix” model ("pay-as-you-go")  is when an organization calls an IT service provider to fix a single problem. Unfortunately, this arrangement provides no incentive to fix any problem except the one that occasioned the call. Managed services reward both the client and the IT service provider for UPTIME! It is in the best interest of both companies to maintain a strong and healthy network.

Can you develop an IT cybersecurity policy?

After we evaluate your assets, staff, IT infrastructure and workflow, Griffin Link can identify the best practices for solid cybersecurity in your environment. We can draft these rules into a formal policy and offer training to your team so that they understand, for example, phishing awareness, password protection and protocols for acceptable Internet use.

Does your firm come to my office when I have a problem?

The vast majority of IT issues can be handled remotely; however, sometimes we may be needed on site, in which case Griffin Link dispatches technicians to your location.

Griffin Link can provide services without geographic limitation for most technology solutions. Please contact us to discover what is possible for your business development.
